When I turned satvic I gained :


  • A Healthier body

  •  A clearer mind

  • Light on my feet at all times

  • Diseases in my body started to flee

  • My mood was elevated

  • My relationships got better

  • My productivity got better

  • I became more compassionate, understanding, and giving as a human being.


Satvic, What is that?


According to our rich culture, anything which is life-giving or high in prana shakti is called satvic!

Prana is the life-giving energy in our cells and our body. The energy system that keeps us alive and in motion.

It’s said if a person is not feeling well, or depressed, or has some kind of disease in the body, his or her life energy or prana shakti is low or in imbalance.



What do I need to become a Selective Satvic?


Satvic lifestyle begins by giving ourselves to the nurturing hands of mother earth to nourish us and heal us completely


To begin with, the following are a few changes that you would have to incorporate into your daily life  :


  • Eat more of green leafy vegetable 

  • Eat fruits with pulp 

  • Take smoothies and soups

  • Opt for vegetable juices rather than fruit juices

  • Remove dairy from your diet.

  • Stop tea/coffee

  • Eat more raw food.

  • Reduce oil and ghee intake.

  • Practice intermittent fasting.

  • Practice enema.

  • Sunbathe at dusk or dawn times.

  • Prepare food in your own home and eat within 3 hours.

  • Practice mindfulness, yoga, and pranayama.
